Dear Customer,

We want to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window for the FortiEdge Cloud platform in all regions (CA, US, EU, JP). This is to upgrade the platform to version 26.4.

Impact During Upgrade:

Brief intermittent access to the FortiEdge Cloud portal may occur during the upgrade process.
Device management functions may experience temporary limitations.
API services may be temporarily unavailable.

Important:
Due to the nature of the maintenance, there could be device re-connections for a brief period. Other than that, we do not anticipate any outage during the maintenance. But we advise that you prepare for potential disruptions as a safeguard.
Only cloud management functions will be temporarily affected.
