Investigating

We are currently investigating a major service degradation affecting Extender cloud management device connectivity. Some Extender devices may intermittently reconnect to the cloud management platform, which can result in slight delays when logging into the Edge Cloud portal or viewing device status and management information. There is no impact to end-user network connectivity, traffic forwarding, or device functionality, and all customer services remain operational.
